چکیده
The aim of the work was to study generation reactive oxygen species under experimental stress in mice and their correction. object research were (n=57). In experience «Despair», we studied effect antioxidant Mexidol-Vet® on locomotor activity, duodenal mucosa mice, by leukocytes blood. It found that intramuscular administration a 5 % solution at dose 40 mg/kg/day for 3 days before forced swimming contributes significant increase duration horizontal decrease vertical activity 3.26 times, compared with individuals receiving placebo. model, stress-protective drug Mexidol-Vet established relation adrenal glands, (Pauls index 0.66), «respiratory burst» blood (the maximum intensity light sum chemiluminescence significantly higher than value placebo 233.25 231.28 %, respectively. linear dependence variation kinetics is reflected formula: y= -3020.7x + 10793. significance approximation trend line 0.991.

Reactive oxygen species generation and use of antioxidants during in vitro maturation of oocytes: a Review
In vitro maturation (IVM) is emerging as a popular technology at the forefront of fertility treatment and preservation. However, standard in vitro culture conditions usually increase reactive oxygen species (ROS), which have been implicated as one of the major causes for reduced embryonic developmental competence. It is well-known that higher than physiological levels of ROS triggers granulosa ...
متن کاملO 22: Reactive Oxygen Species and Epilepsy
Seizure activity has been proposed to result in the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which then contribute to seizure-induced neuronal damage and eventually cell death. Although the mechanisms of seizure-induced ROS generation are unclear, mitochondria and cellular calcium overload have been proposed to have a crucial role. We aim to determine the sources of seizure-induced ROS and ...
متن کاملCuscuta campestris induces apoptosis by increasing reactive oxygen species generation in human leukemic cells
Objective: Cuscuta campestris or common dodder is a holoparasitic plant that has been valorized for treatment of liver injury and cancer prevention in traditional medicine. Recently, extract of C. campestris had shown moderate antimicrobial properties and cytotoxic effects. In this study, we examined the level of cellular oxidants, cytotoxicity, apoptosis and differentiation induced by hydr...
متن کاملCardiac mitochondria and reactive oxygen species generation.
Mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (ROS) have emerged as an important mechanism of disease and redox signaling in the cardiovascular system. Under basal or pathological conditions, electron leakage for ROS production is primarily mediated by the electron transport chain and the proton motive force consisting of a membrane potential (ΔΨ) and a proton gradient (ΔpH). Several factors controllin...
متن کاملReactive Oxygen Species Generation and Atherosclerosis.
Atherosclerosis is the key component of most cardiovascular diseases, including stroke and myocardial infarction. An inflamed endothelium recruits inflammatory cells, such as monocytes, via the expression of various mediators and chemokines. This, in addition to the accumulation of cholesterol and smooth muscle cells (SMCs) in the intima, leads to the transformation of monocytes into foam cells...
